I've played music by ear---Trumpet, Guitar, drums, bass.... Well I started playing with the church's praise band. A close friend/mentor is also playing with them (John Chamberlin of "Sweet Maya"). He offered to teach me music theory. I know the basics (keeping time, how many beats notes get, but I don't know actual chords…

I've always thought this song would be completely out of my reach as a fairly newguitar player. But searching through some youtube tutorials tonight, I decided to give it a try. Fender Roc Pro700 help
I love my Roc Pro but I'm having a bit of trouble. The clean channel volume has virtually plateaued after the passing "2"...I have no idea why. Possibly dirty pots? Also, the drive channel seems extremely weak, suddenly. Any possible reasons for this? Am I able to fix this? I really do NOT want another amp as I absolutely…

Low Watt Tube Amps These Days?
Yeah. I just started playing on my Lead 1 again recently (thought it had blown tubes, but it was actually a very dirty volume pot causing volume to just cut out randomly) and am actually loving it more now that i can "squeeze tone" out of it. It's One Tiny Watt of Terror ... really like a half watt that distorts out at max…
