Baltimore-based Pearl Jam tribute band seeking replacement guitarist (Stone Gossard position - mostly rhythm with some lead work, also background vocals if possible). Current catalog of about 55 songs, regular gigs 1-3 times per month, practice weekly in the Rosedale area. Looking for familiarity with Pearl Jam's songs and performance style, and an overall appreciation for an awesome band. Not a full time job, all members have day jobs and realistic expectations, but would like someone committed and able to get satisfaction from bringing people a great Pearl Jam experience.
