Let's see if we can keep a running list and recommendations for each other. My list from yesterday: Mudhoney - Superfuzz…

Billy Strings Tour
Anyone here a Billy Strings fan. If he comes through check him out, playing mostly small venues right now. One of the top ten performers I've seen, he's legit live. If bluegrass isn't your thing I get it, but he's outstanding. Plus he does a kickass cover of In Hiding.

Silversun Pickups
Anyone here like this L.A. based band? I just started listening to them, and they're not all that bad. I actually live about ten or so miles from where they're from - Silverlake, CA (near downtown L.A.).

With Americana coming out in a few weeks and sounding rather promising based on the first two songs we've heard, I thought it was a good time to start a Neil Young thread. I haven't seen one on here. What's everyone's favorite stuff by Uncle Neil?

Collective Soul
Any Collective Soul fans here? I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I'm a huge fan. They're definitely not as good as they were in the '90s, but I'll never forget listening to their self titled album for the first time. "The World I Know," has got to be one of the most memorable rock songs of the '90s in my…

Sorry if this is not in the right page or what ever, ( i have no idea how social networking on any level works). But I was curious about if there are many fans of metric out there. I figured it was time to start a thread that was all encompassing of music from the GWN. I'm not going to create a thread for every artist I like from my country (I've done several already lol). This might help some of my global friends to discover music they may not have previously been exposed to. Post your favourite…
