So it was announced earlier today that Jim James (lead singer of MMJ) will be debuting his new solo album, Regions of Light and Sound of God, sometimes in Feb. :D

    Decent tune...remains to be seen how I'll feel about a whole album like this. Wondering if a solo tour will follow.

    I've always loved Jim James Voice and his appreciation for music. I feel like he's a hidden Gem he will be around for awhile looong after MMJ like eddie would if PJ ever broke up.

    Not as awful as I thought upon first listen, but I think just about every one of these songs would be alot better with a the other MMJ guys to both launch them and keep JJ in check a little.

    I know this is a lot to ask but I would love the main set to be the entire new album with a band, and the encore to be JJ doing some MMJ songs solo.

    That was hands down the quickest I have ever seen tickets go to anything. Only one person claimed to get a ticket in about 12 pages of comments for the Philly show. I logged on and refreshed before 3 and the exact second it showed up I clicked on number of tix and then SOLD OUT. Nobody could have even entered a credit card or anything.
