Need a little computer monitor help
Got a new monitor a few days ago. It works great for about a half hour, then the power light on it goes out, it turns itself off and it won't come back on. I have to unplug it from the power source, let it sit for about 15 minutes, then plug it back in, turn it on and it works fine for another half hour till it turns off…

what can I do to burn the digital movies from a digital camera(which are now on the computer) to a format to watch them on the tv? any help is appreciated..thank in advance.

How to compress a digital video?

microsoft visual c++ error?
i've had problems accessing my email program. whenever i try to launch it now, "runtime error! program: c:\blahblahblah abnormal program termination" that's what i get. i've tried reinstalling the program, no dice. cleaned up the registry in the even that had anything to do with it, but still won't work. any suggestions…

Photos from disc to computer
I don't have a digital camera, but I was able to get my images printed on a CD. How to you copy an image from a disc to a blog or document?

The problem with MKV files.....

Making VCDs
I saw a similar thread here a few weeks ago but it's gone now. So I want to burn some video files to cd. Some are DAT files and some AVI. Problem is they are all a bit larger than the 702 MB of a cd. Does anyone know a program that could allow me to burn these files direct to CD?
