which is a good download manager software.
i am looking for one which can resume a download after there has been a power cut or internet connection faliure.
i do not wish to start downloading again and instead would greatly appreciate if the download manager can resume downloading from where the download had stopped, instead of starting all over again. the download manager should work with sites like rapidshare and megaupload.
