Stupid Itunes!

So this week I downloaded the latest version of iTunes. I then transferred 3 albuns to my ipod, and when I was going to play them, I realized that one song was not in the correct order. In fact, before transferring the album to the ipod, I played one track of each album on the computer. Now the track that was played appears as the 1st track on the album (even though they are all correctly labeled).
This is really driving me crazy, they all appear in correct order on the iTunes library, but when I transfer them to the ipod this shit happens, with all 3 albuns!

Any help? Please?

This same shit happened to me (specifically on the Black Album and Down on the Upside).

I forget exactly how I fixed it, but I basically I went in and deleted any extra information on the track (so in other words I checked the info for Dusty, and then made Ty Cobb (song that fucked up) appear exactly as the other track with the exception of track number). Did the same with the Black Album.

I really hope that made sense. I just reread it and it would make no sense to me if I hadn't actually done it before.... :o

Thanks, I figured out myself how to fix it anyway. Apparently, the act of playing the song on PC the filled the "album artist" info, while it remained blank on the other songs. No idea why that happened...stupid software
