10 CLUB TICKETS TO L.A
I get 2 tickets to Pearl Jam in L.A november 23... I need to pick them up there but i want to go to San Diego on november 21... anybody knows if i have to pick up that tickets 1 or 2 days before or the same the day of the concert?... If i go to San Diego i`ll arrive to L.A again on 22 november at night...

What is the email address for the Ten Club?
My membership is up for renewal on November 28. I am currently Analog and decided to change to Digital today. Now it seems that instead of changing me to Digital they are cancelling my membership on the 28th instead. Help!!

How do we change our avatars here?
With the new website we used to change our avatars over @ https://www.pearljam.com/user . Now it doesn't work. The new site we can change our chat picture .. http://pearljam.com/profilemanager , but no message board avatar change. Any help would be great. Thanks! :)

Can't edit my signature, and it's not showing up anymore. When I click on edit it says "You are not authorised to define a signature." Yet I am logged in and am able to edit pretty much everything else. Also says I am not authorized to view my PM's, I am logged in, wtf is wrong with my account/the new site?

why are the forums slow now?
For about the last week and a half, the forum boards have been super slow on my computer and droid DNA. I know there has been increased traffic due to the anouncement, but there hasn't been more than 200 people logged on when I look. Anyone know what the deal is?
