Tickets for the Fan club ?!

Man, im really pissed !!!!
Im a huge PJ fan, live in Brazil and a member of TEN CLUB,
Today at 12:00 am started the pre-sales destinated to Ten club member, it was all good until a log on the site... and then comes my anger.
The problem is the generall and naive password that every member gets.
of couse, in the email it says "DO NOT DISTRIBUTE THE PASSWORD, or you will increase the risk of non-members obtaining these tickets".
We all know that we can't trust people.
And guess what happened?
About some hours after the pre-sale start, I tried to buy the "fan area" and it wasn't available.
Not only this area but almost all areas.
Have you ever consider make this password individual? Unique?
Now when I get there I gonna see scalpers with a ticket the should be mine.
Let me ask you something:
Does some tickets are put on hold for the general public?
After the "pre sale for ten club" ends and goes for general public will be available some tickets for the areas that is allready sold out?
Is there a way that I can get some tickets as A REAL MEMBER of Ten Club?
