How to write directly to the Ten Club staff?

that´s what I´d like to know... I tried to find an e-mail adress or a section inside the forum to write TC, but couldn´t find it.

does anyone know to which e-mail should I write?

    I have had nothing but good experiences when dealing with 10c staff on issues. Very prompt response, usually within 24 hours and resolution to my liking. Just keep the time difference in mind, if it applies.

    I emailed about returning my I'm Analog tee as it was too small and they replied the same day.

    I've always had good experiences with them emailing me back. I think someone told me once that the info address is the best one.
