**Received same goods twice**

Hiya! I sent 10C an email about this and got no response. I hate starting silly little threads for trivial things :P ...and plus I didn't quite know where to bring this up, so I apologise in advance for annoying anyone
I renewed my membership (went analog) b4 PJF5 (you know what I mean!) and then ordered the PJ20 sticker & button pack when I got my PJ20 tix just cuz I wanted the challenge :P
But 10C has been far too generous and sent me two parcels with the same contents within abt two weeks of each other (an Analog t-shirt & the aforesaid sticker & button pack). What do u say 10C? How do I return it and did I charged twice? Thanks for any help. Hope someone at 10C can help me out. The 2nd parcel has remained unopened needless to say

the label on the package (customs declaration) states the contents...the norm for internationally shipped parcels i think
Did you send them an e-mail to let them know the situation? If I had to guess, I'd say they'll just tell you to keep it. It's probably not worth their while to pay for the overseas shipping to get that stuff back.
email...yes - says so in the first sentence of my post I figured I shd ask before keeping/giving away the goods.
Uhhh... yeah... Originally I was going to ask if you called them but then I realized that it's probably kinda expensive to do that from where you are and I changed it.

no, calling is not an option...I think 10C has better things to do than to answer a call abt this. Hence the less intrusive option of an email/board post. And yes, it is rather expensive for me as I only have a mobile and no land-line. Skype perhaps? Might try that.
and, no, no follow-up email sent. Thanks for the idea though. I'll do that and see if I get a response...

81, u were right. They did. I have asked a few friends/family members if they want it, but no one is the same size as me :P I do have a friend who wants to try the t-shirt...if it doesn't fit her when she comes over to try it in a couple of wks then I'll deffo give it away....stay tuned t-shirt fans
Wow, Wayneo, u sound pissed and ur pic makes it that much more true I remember when I first joined back when I was living in Toowoomba QLD I didn't rcv anything for ages...I never ordered anything, but I didn't rcv copies of Deep that I shd have nor the holiday single from back then, until I sent a couple of emails. But for me personally the free stuff and pre-sales aka the F5 festival isn't why I joined the fan club. I do agree that u shd get the stuff u ordered though!! Have you tried sending them a letter on a huge sheet of hot pink paper?? Might work. Or maybe start a thread titled "Give Wayneo his stuff!"
