PM box no longer sends emails, to notify of messages?

As of 7 days ago (new server?) I no longer get emails telling me I have PM's.

Anyone else who's gotten PM's since then notice this? You can send yourself a PM to check.

My Account/Board Preferences is correctly set to "Notify me on new private messages".



...can anyone else confirm that they used to get emails for PMs, and now don't?

    Ok... so this seems to be a system-wide problem rather than just myself.

    I got many emails last week for the PMs I received, but have yet to get any emails since the server-change for any of the 20 PMs I've gotten this week.


    10c Tech People - any idea on when this will get fixed? I'm sure that there are those who only log-in and check PMs when they get an email.

    i don't get email notifications for pms either. i used to. i am having the same problem as the OP.

    when i try to send a pm, i keep getting this message.

    " You tried to send a private message to too many recipients."

    any ideas, as i'm only trying to send a pm to only 1 person??
