Uploading photos

I can't seem to upload a photo. It says that it is to big. Any suggestions?

    Gotta make it smaller, reduce size dimensions or resolution!! Photoshop if you have it...

    Can I use Picasa to post embedded pics? I think photobucket works but I tried posting a Picasa link to a picture and it was all gibberish :mrgreen:

    Do they offer IMG codes for images?? If so then just post in thread...
