Hey everyone, Can't remember how long ago, but Brandi Carlile released this Cover Stories vinyl and it came with a The Story vinyl which has signatures. I'm assuming the top one is Brandi Carlile....does anyone know what the others could be? Thanks,Steven

If so, is it pretty accessible/comfortable in terms of transportation, crowd size, etc? Thanks in advance!

ISO The Black Keys Live at Beachland vinyl
My email announcing the presale went to my Spam folder, so I didn't see it until about an hour ago. I checked the link and they are already sold out. If someone bought a second copy and is willing to sell it, let me know.

I am trying to get into Bowie here lately. I recently bought The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars and really like it. I am wondering where I should go from here.

Such a huge bother to buy tickets on Ticketmaster during an on-sale!
A bunch of good shows have been going on-sale on TM. Even though the current waiting room method may help prevent resellers from getting first dibs on tickets, I wish they'd go back to the old method where everyone had a chance at the stroke of 10am. For The National, I was able to get seats in the first 12 rows for both…

R.I.P. Tom Verlaine
Fellow fans will be as dismayed and saddened as I am about this, no doubt. I just don't know what to say. This has been a brutal year already. The man was not much more than my age. Too damn young. R.I.P. the amazing Tom Verlaine.…

Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Any fans of the YYY's here? They've really become one of my favorites over the last few years. Just such fun and upbeat music. They're one of the few bands left on my list to see live, and hopefully I can change that one of these days.

Polyphia
I'm surprised they haven't been mentioned here. A search turned up nothing. I guess they have been around since 2010? I keep seeing them pop up on TikTok and Rick Beato has been posting about them recently. I don't see anything that I remotely like here. Just a bunch of fucking notes.…

IF YOU ARE GOING TO SEE A BAND WITH A NEW ALBUM, DO YOU ALWAYS LISTEN TO THE ALBUM FIRST?
I usually wait to hear new material live for the first time.....if it turns out to be good, I like having the memory of first hearing it live as opposed to on record.

Buddy Guy
Going to see Buddy "Motherfucking" Guy tomorrow night. This will be the second time I've seen him in the last two years. He doesn't play for long but in his case it is seriously quality not quantity. He is the best Bluesman of all time! (well... at least my time :D ) He also tells the greatest stories during his shows.…

Listening to on cassette thread.
I am on a tape kick right now. Bought "what looks like a brand new" 1985 Onkyo Cassette deck the other day for $12 and have been going out and finding cassettes for .25 to $1 each. The analog sound is great. The hiss doesn't bother me at all, it actually gives it more of a studio feel....... Wondering if anyone else is…
