    Making some teriyaki chx tonight and the girl wanted me to skin the thighs.  So now I get to enjoy a tasty mid afternoon snack. Air-fried chx skin. Not for everyone, but it's for me. Ha

    Clogging indeed. Super easy just dry it, salt it, air fry at 400 for 5 mins, flip, then keep it in there until crispy. Fool proof. Tastes just like the skin you set aside for the last bite when eating fried chicken. You know you do it. Ha

    Yeaaa!!! I also cooked a tomahawk. Smoked it in my Weber kettle with cherry, seared on griddle over a bed of browned garlic, and then finished over charcoal.

    I did something similar. We did sushi and sashimi with the rest, but forgot to take pics.
