First Flight
https://www.facebook.com/notes/michael-chase/first-flight/10154681943559852 First Flight The light within blazes with Truth. An ancient denial held it obscured. And yet it burned as it always did. The dearest memory but forgotten ....how did he ever forget that! Absent of coercion, the silence of attraction blinded his…

Borrowed Poetry
I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud by William Wordsworth I wandered lonely as a Cloud That floats on high o'er vales and Hills, When all at once I saw a crowd, A host, of golden Daffodils; Beside the Lake, beneath the trees, Fluttering and dancing in the breeze. Continuous as the stars that shine And twinkle on the milky way,…

Beauty
I wonder who will see the beauty in him He is captivated by the way the Sun sparkles Like a million diamonds on the surface of the pond The way It attaches itself to every leaf And blade of grass at this time of day He is the only one witnessing this wonder Right here, right now It fills his heart and brings him great joy…

She always looks the other way And Into the memory she likes best She always holds onto her dreams Like a bird inside a cage. She walks with the grace Liz Taylor surely had She never says good-by She’s a lady thru and true She’s moving slow as if she has no place to hide. The world could stop turning and the mighty…

Perhaps
If you told me everything All the secrets of who you are Would I run away? Would I crumble? Would I spend the remainder of my life In the corner of a plain room with no sharp objects? Perhaps Perhaps, I guess, is enough reason to remain elusive I wish I were as strong as you

No Memory
Tall stone walls and a stairway into the clouds Crafted so long ago speak in echoes of a time That memories cannot hold. The flight of Ravens waken the day Shattering the darkness that…
