Ten Club membership is only $35 who cares.  People need to reset their expectations.

If I win TC lotto once every six years, that’s $210 added to a ticket cost.

If that’s nothing to you, please Venmo it to  me.

Hardly serious journalism, but national press picked up on London price cuts https://www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/28470852/fans-pearl-jam-fuming-tickets-stadium-show-slashed/amp/

    also on Sky news site

    Bit embarrassing really

Berlin starting time moved to 6:15pm. Likely means PJ will hit the stage way before 8 and there won't be curfew issues this time around. (Let's pray)

Well, the last two times at Waldbühne the band was way behind schedule and managed to get into trouble with the curfew anyway. But we can still hope.

„Likely“ is the important word in the sentence. I would be careful with „way before“. But I hope so too.

At the moment dude it seems not outside of Berlin
I am still not sure about Berlin. It says „early access“ which could mean that we had early access to the tickets. But 10c/tm will send some e-mail about the procedure, so will know for certain then.
    The Waldbühne website currently states:

3:30 pm Early Entry Ten Club
    4:15 pm Regular Admission

Was this really necessary? This thread is 33 pages long and the dominant discussion is ticket costs. Clearly some care.
I forgot that 10 club membership s only about obtaining tickets for some people

Get off your high horse and ask anyone outside of the US about the non-ticket 'benefits' we get - even those of us just north of the border. After years of spending as much on shipping from 10C as the products themselves, and being offered every piece of merchandise under the sun, I'm glad my addiction is over. I wouldn't be surprised if EV's hair plugs are on sale shortly.

As for dynamic pricing - it's in effect because the band okay'ed it. Sturgill Simpson is an example of actually giving a shit about this. His tour opted out of dynamic pricing, and only allows face-value resale.

What's nice to see, is that Europeans have a 'sanity ceiling' clearly. The more fans excuse the high prices rather than opting out with their wallets, the more the band/business knows they can go higher.
Imagine being in a forum of a band you clearly hate

Be interested to see if the variable pricing nonsense kicks in on Friday. That's a very good price for him.

I make very few posts in Porch or Given to Fly. I enjoy talking politics with the fine folks in A Moving Train. I agree with you - each year that goes by, I ask myself whether the membership fee is worth it for forum access essentially.

I had Paul McCartney tickets in my basket this morning for Manchester. Didn’t buy any, I was just curious really. But yes - sad to see he’s cheaper than seeing PJ.

To be fair, hate is absolutely not the right word, but I haven’t listened to much other than bluegrass for the past two years. I tried listening to the new album the other day, made it three tracks and realized that rock isn’t doing it for me these days! That said, I’ve met wonderful people on here, and that’s what keeps me coming back.
