I stand corrected apparently NA can be refunded. That box wasn't there last year after the initial 30 day window. Still a sham to hold out.

Nope. I had it wrong. Just morally questionable to keep holding out. Their choice tho

Well you’re not completely wrong.  Some of the European shows only offered future credit, not cash refunds.  As if someone traveling from another part of the world is going to have a use for a credit in a far away land.

I'm pissed about my Vienna ticket.  I've been pressing them for my money back and they won't refund until after the first of the year with no good explanation.

  • I have 2 baltimore tickets. Sect 108. I dont really care if they wait 5 yrs to tour (rhetorically speaking) so long as I know i have these tickets for the show.

I guess im a minority. What else were they to do?  They let us keep the tickets. There is a refund option. Those 2 options should satisfy 99% of the folks.

    Well done on that 10c.

Now regarding an update/announcement, it’ll come when they’re ready and we’ll have time to plan or get a refund.

Or morally responsible to make sure there is a high probability the shows will come off before they announce and people start booking flights and hotel rooms only to have to cancel again.

Did you fill out the “OE Tickets” refund form? I am considering doing that but if there’s this delay issue that would be good to know.

I know some people don’t like this opinion because they got tickets and they were hard to get and they are happy to hold onto them. I also have tickets and will not request a refund until the shows are announced and I know whether or not I can make the show. All that being said, I personally think they should cancel all the shows and refund everyone (im talking about NA here). Then they can book the tour or select shows that they feel safe playing. The only reason I haven’t requested a refund yet is because im afraid that I won’t get tickets to the shows I want to see because only a small portion of them will be available to purchase. Personally I think a full reset is in order here.

It's definitely frustrating. But, after holding these for two years, I think I'd be livid if they refunded everyone and did a full reset. If that was an option, it should have been executed at the beginning. I think that option has long passed at this point.

    I’d be fine with that.

They should “move up” the ticket holder that decided to keep their tickets after all this time as well

100% It seems like something that shouldn't be that difficult to do, but I'm sure that I am oversimplifying it a bit lol

We don't know that they have retained any control over the tickets that have been refunded.
