The sauces they they have the fish in at some of the amazing poke places I've been to.... spectacular. One in Kona that we ate at almost every day. Haven't found a great place here but have had some decent ones. Great places in Seattle and SF....LA.

I made breakfast for dinner. Bacon, eggs, biscuits. Always a decent meal.
Poke means to slice or to cut. Typically ahi, sometimes salmon or tako. Basically bite-sized pieces of ahi/salmon/tako in shoyu, limu/ogo, maybe onions and sesame seeds, but it can get a lot crazier. Salmon is my favorite. It's a very popular Hawaiian dish. Hawaiians would say it goes great with any beer in a green bottle. Lol If you go to grocery stores there, you'd find poke at the deli section easier than fuckin potato salad. Lol
Here in mainland, if I don't feel like making it, I'd usually go to a Yardhouse and get their poke nachos. That's my go-to introductory poke for friends who never had it. Lol

that sounds delicious! Is yardhouse a chain near you? never heard of it.
That looks great. I really want to get an air fryer. My little kitchen has no counter space though. I still may give in and get one. My sister just got one and sent me photos of some wings she made. They looked amazing.
