    Moved it to indirect heat. should be done in 4+ hours. Not going to rush it. Flip in 2. Smells a little sweet.

    It sure does I bet it’s so tasty! I got to do that more often marinate meats overnight!

    Bourbon and brown sugar huh? That looks phenomenal. Giving me ideas....

    By the way...no picture, but I can't say enough how frozen banana slices, instead of ice cubes, work so much better for the morning smoothie.

    Simple snack! Fried eggplant topped with tomato and fresh mozzarella basil drizzled balsamic vinaigrette

    Yo. Love it all. Summer harvest time.
    Did a nice corn salad too. Corn, black beans, Serrano pepper. Tomatoes basil.

    Top right was a revelation…. Shaped like a white bread sandwich cut in triangles

    tuna, crab, lobster, avocado, egg, fish roe, rice(white bread effect)

    damn it was good

    shrimp tempura

    My wife and kids have been in Tokyo since July 9th, coming back on the 26th. They only miss one thing....................PIZZA.

    Not really. Fast food pizza yes. And there might be some obscure place making neapolitan pies in a back alley. My kids do not work that hard LOL. They have a place here in Westchester they love.  After 7 weeks of uni and toro, this is what they miss.

    They do it right. The hours and the prices have gotten out of hand, (basically $20 a head) but so much better than the corporate joint down the street. They also make tartufo.
