Fancy SOS you had there, Wobbie.

Open face is not a sandwich. If you have to use utensils, it's not a sandwich. It's a scam. You're being scammed out of another slice of bread/toast and the tactile pleasure of using your hands to shovel greatness into your gaping maw. Blame the Danes.

    Ahhhh.
    Beer with breakfast is underrated.
A nice creamy stout or smoky porter with breakfast is top notch!
Things with smoked salmon in it, paired with a stout is my morning jam

memory is a little foggy but I think it had two slices of bread. no way you could pick that motherfucker up, though.

Never had the uni, but would give it a shot. I’m assuming it’s something that needs to be consumed fresh, like out the water on to your plate within a day fresh.  One problem of living in the upper Midwest is not having access to really fresh seafood.

I just tried Honeycomb cereal for the first time. Not bad! Not as sweet as I expected.

I had my first sausage and pepperoni hot pocket today. By accident, I cooked it up for my daughter and forgot she was going somewhere after school. Not bad but not good either. Is this worthy of the pizza thread?

    Alabama Hot Pocket?

jk.  Hot Pockets are nasty when just out of the Nuker.  They are not bad after cooling down.  That counted a meal in college.

Oh man, why did I look that up?  So sorry I did.  The dirty South!
Here is the thing, we don't own a microwave. I bake them in the toaster oven for about 25 mins and they actually come out about as good as it could be. Most definitely needs to cool down for 5-10 mins before eating. I don't think I will be eating another anytime soon.

I lived in Hawaii for a very long time and over there they call them tako (which is also the Japanese word for it) and it is extremely popular. Have you ever tried takoyaki?  Or tako poke? That's also very popular there.

Hahaha. Are you talking about Japanese mayo or that shit that reallyyyyy looks like semen??? I used to go to this okonomiyaki joint and they had poke topped with avocados, and that nut-looking sauce.  Wtf is that called?? Very hard to look at but it's so good.
