    Slammin', Cliffy.

    Hammered at Dylan's,pre-show

Kept forgetting to take pics when stuff came out.  Mrs FMe and I put down (8) orders of 1/2 dozen oysters, each of a different type.

    Many drinks.  Very good

    Bomb.
    We'd eat another 4 dozen.
    No burgers, tho.

I have not gobbled some oysters in a long time. They are like $4 a pop around here. Had Korean pancakes for dinner though. Good veg and homemade sweet thai chili sauce.

Man that would likely wreck my stomach. Had a few big fat oysters in Ireland once. Not sure how long they were sitting in the fridge.

Also had some of the best there too. Seafood chowder in those small coastal town bars was unbeatable.

Hand peeled diced up into a hot pan oil & butter, cinnamon, brown sugar honey pinch of salt a squeeze of lemon juice nutmeg and fresh cider mix with cornstarch to thicken the filling, we had a  pie shell in freezer my wife made the topping! She also made Pan Amasado > Massaged Bread  and Banana nut bread 😋

These are my 1st Empanadas I’ve made from scratch! Made the filling and made the dough
Really happy with the result usually my wife is the one who makes them but she’s away so I said let’s give it a go 🍷😋

Very nice Jose. Do you put raisins in filling?

Today bud inspired me to jar up some hot cauliflower. First time.

Thanks! It's the art of food I'm attracted to. Like you. Bonus when it tastes good. These may be super hot, but find with sugar added it mellows the peppers out big time. That's why I aggressively added them. Will see.

Those look amazing. I have pickled veg with almost every meal except breakfast. We eat a ton of Kimchi and Japanese pickles. Even if they are super spicy, just a small bit will go great with almost any protein or salad. You can always add some agave or simple syrup to them. We do a lot of quick pickle here but no proper canning. Well done!

Yeah no doubt I’m learning to really see the art aspect of cooking! Can you add those to sandwiches or subs I’d love to try them and the cauliflower too, we make cauliflower small pancakes that are easy to do and are delicious for breakfast with eggs 😋

Cool. Sure you can do anything with them. Never tried it.
Like the sound of those pancakes. Have been ignoring cauliflower too long
Did make a frittata tonight and put some plain cauliflower in it. Also put some chipolte peppers, tomatoes, dill, some ends of bread, purple potatoes and my bud gave me venison bologna. Holy heck. Great combo.

Good call. Yes. Fun and like the thought of quick pickles. I'm just addicted to canning now!
