    Think I will make a crab salad and eat on that a few ways.  We do have some big, nice looking scallops on freeze that we can thaw for dinner....perhaps paired with some short ribs.
    Scallops & short ribs sounds pretty tasty.

    Homemade legal macaroni & cheese (the kid is lactose intolerant, but can have provolone, lactose free milk and Smart Balance) with some pan cooked chicken breast.  A lil tomato salad to go with.  I have garden tomatoes in the window.

    Whole belly clams or just the strips? Hungover fried food is the best.

    Jalapenos from a jar.  Nothing fancy there....were sort of an afterthought but a good addition.
