    That is what I use, chef's choice with three slots for sharpening. Works great but needs to be replaced every two years or so. I also have one of those handheld ones (also bought at the Victorinox outlet) that works great and has lasted several years. Still works great.
    So I should go to the outlet huh, lol?
    If you are within an hour drive it is probably worth it. They have great deals on their watches as well.
    The closest Victorinox outlet to Barnum Island, NY, is located at 1 Premium Blvd, Neptune, NJ 07753. This is at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets. Another option in the area is the Victorinox store at 125 Westchester Ave, White Plains, New York.
