pro-choice means the choice for the individual, not the state. you can't combine the two. and argue all you want about "the baby's choice" but it's a fetus, not a baby yet. Cosmo just made a good point in the abortion/death penalty thread. If we EVER kill just one innocent man, aren't we (or the state, or the executioner, or someone) murderers? I don't think "oops" stands up well in court for non-state-sanctioned killers; this shouldn't be any different.
