    Trying to contact Ticketmaster to sort my blocked payment. Pretty much useless customer service when you want something sorted urgently!

    I would call my CC company and tell them in the next 48hrs they will try again even if TM does not tell you this officially. 

    The wording in some of the responses to people getting through to customer service is they will try again. 

    I saw on Facebook they have done this for New Zealand already  but can't be 100% if that is accurate.

    Hello ! I received an e mail confirmation for Dublin ! However I do not see anything on 10c account or ticketmaster. Is it normal ? Do you have the same ? Thanks.

    Yes 

    You will not see it in your normal spot we used to check on 10C for tickets. And you will not see it on TM until they send the emails out to claim the tickets which will happen at a later date.

    Same. Trying to sort now but it's all email contact which is slow and shite!

    If you read the email, you'll see the following:-

    "What Happens Next?
    We will email you instructions to view your tickets in a separate email prior to 1 April."

    same thing happened to me and London. Ridiculous.  Live 15 mins from the stadium and no tickets now..

    I would guess your chances are really good. Having 2 shows each in Vancouver and Seattle probably helps some too.

    i got GA tickets for both Barcelona shows. Do you know if I can change them for SEATED tickets? How?

    If, in the General Ticketmaster sale, I get seated tickets for Barcelona, can I buy the Ten Club GA tickets? How?

    You cannot change them, but you can probably sell them on Ticketmaster for cost price later.

    They will send notifications for individual shows starting tomorrow. Then when all the show lotteries are done they will send everyone a summary email Wednesday. If Wednesday’s email is the first one you get then sadly you haven’t won this time.

    It says by the evening of the 21st. Most likely they start drawing the May shows on Monday
