    Yup ;)

  • I just saw RHCP announced a big tour for much of next year.

I guess that means no Earthlings tour. (We already knew that Innings Festival would be Eddie only.)

Wouldn’t surprise my to see an Earthlings tour in the summer around the Bluegrass Telluride fest.  Eddie still seems more interested in touring than the rest of the group at the moment.

If ACL is happening, just confirms what we already think:
    PJ April/May - USA
    EV - Summer USA
    PJ - Oct/Nov USA
    2010: Cleveland
    2012: Atlanta
2013: London ONT / Wrigley Field / Pittsburgh / Buffalo / San Diego / Los Angeles I / Los Angeles II
    2014: Cincinnati / St. Louis / Tulsa / Lincoln / Detroit / Denver
    2015: New York City
    2016: Ft. Lauderdale / Miami / Jacksonville / Greenville / Hampton / Columbia / Lexington / Philly II / New York City II / Toronto II / Bonnaroo / Telluride / Fenway I / Wrigley I / Wrigley - II / TOTD - Philadelphia, San Francisco
    2017: Ohana Fest (EV)
    2018: Amsterdam I / Amsterdam II / Seattle I / Seattle II / Boston I / Boston II
    2021: Asbury Park / Ohana Encore 1 / Ohana Encore 2
    2022: Phoenix / LA I / LA II / Quebec City / Ottawa / New York City / Camden / Nashville / St. Louis / Denver
    2023: St. Paul II

In all seriousness I’m think an announcement prior to  the newsletter of some shows.  Thoughts?  Then they can have a blurb in the news letter.  It would be close to the holidays so maybe they do the fan club drawings early January?  Idk

I continue to believe any "tours" revolve around a festival date. They paydays are too big to ignore.

EV in late August or do they get a stand-in?

He was the first to post about the  March/April 2020 tour in December 2019.
And in fairness to him, it seemed like Pearl Jam had some plans to tour around Ohana/SHN in fall 2021 that he alluded to, but those plans got scrapped with whatever covid variant popped up that summer.

News of the then upcoming NA 2020 tour was dropped by someone else on the date in early December 2019 that the Euro 2020 tour was announced.  It doesn’t really matter.  Just for the record.  If VP has some info now and can drop some clues that would be great.

I think it’s safe to put ACL as a solid rumor for October.  Maybe the start or end of a fall run.

just a rumor based on some legit comments. But spring is a solid rumor as far as I'm concerned coming from MC band mate.

Another solid clubber says stadium right after Memorial Day, in a ball park. Summer ball park is a guess based on the past. Fall rumor by a couple solid members. so yes, all a guess, haha!

Not Pearl Jam, but Painted Shield is playing SXSW in mid March. Let’s see if other shows are announced. Maybe no PJ in the early spring at least.

Between this and Innings Festival, I wonder if this is the time when PJ will be doing final work on the new album.

Yea, let’s hope so. Hopefully finish recording it in the winter. Do the finishing touches in the spring and tour through the summer and fall then hit Australia 😉

They NEED to hit Australia, BIG TIME!
  • I don’t understand why they never follow the momentum and announce shows more than 2-3 months in advance. People waited 2+ years for the shows that happened this year. Some of the crowds were fantastic. There were fans who saw them for their first time, some their 100th…and they both want more. Give us more. I got a europe trip planned in May/June for 30 days, I’m willing to cancel/reschedule it if the band is playing during this time. That’s a true fan 😂. All we ask is some notice. January announcement for May is fine. Just don’t wait until March. Announcing before the holidays would have made sense so people can gift tickets.
