Um what happened? I haven’t logged in for a little while

Eh...if this gets deleted, so be it. There was a post declaring the new album would be released on 9/30/23. It contained a title and a tracklist. I personally believe it was fake - Of The Earth was on it, and how could a tracklist be finalized for an album that won't release until almost October?
But, then the post then got completely deleted within minutes. It was strange.
Posted my earlier comment here because a new album would certainly lead to a tour.

Yea if a record is eight or nine months away there’s no chance a track list has been finalized.

Wow thanks! That is interesting! Seems a bit crazy being almost 10 months out. Fall tour would make sense. Still think spring tour as well.

So we know that there's definitely smoke around Sonic Temple at the end of May and Citizens Bank Park the weekend after. Sonic Temple lineup drops at the same time as the newsletter on Tuesday. I know it's not typical to get tour dates in a newsletter (especially w/o a membership reminder) but.. is it possible?

Odds are looking good to at least get a festival announcement and a wink at more to come I think.
If you play around on Google you can find the cached version of the post. After looking at it, I don't think it was deleted because of legitimacy, but I suspect just because any idea of leaking music is against the rules of the forum. Besides what others mentioned about it, the song titles alone make it fairly obvious to me it was fake... "Teraton" and "Seatbelt song," really??? My take is that it was just a troll post, and a weak one at that.

I am sorry for the fake album post. It wasn't right, and the person owning this account wasn't remotely at fault for this.
