Yeah, it’s not their usual MO but this is different because they’ve had our money for almost 18 months.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

I just received an e-mail from Vivid Seats advertising Toronto Blue Jay tickets at the Roger’s Centre starting July 16th.  Another clue that the border might be opening sooner then later.
You thinking GnR might happen in July?....
I would be beyond shocked if that GNR Toronto show happens in July.  While it’s not a city-run event, large city-run events have been canned until at least Labour Day.  GNR also just moved Milwaukee to September from July.
    Did not know that thanks!

I think we'll hear that Ohana and Sea Hear Now are their only 2021 dates and to stay tuned for details regarding the rescheduled NA shows.

my guess is no other shows, other than the two scheduled this year. Most likely management is working on rescheduling the spring dates now that the door is open to do so for 2022 spring. I just don't see why they would bother with a late fall tour, at least in the USA. Maybe a short run in Australia just to get it out of the way so they can move forward next year.

Agree, with one exception. I think they'll play Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle in October.

Wasnt going to do ACL even if they were playing.  The thought of the bus line and the crowd during covid = no thanks.

    Lineup is alright.

I doubt PJ is playing much this Fall so i wouldnt count on Voodoo Fest either

Same. I’m think the two festival shows. Possibly voodoo fest if that happens and maybe a Seattle show at the new arena. I don’t the spring tour will happen until spring 2022. Could be wrong but either way. I hope they release an update sooner than later.

Good to know. Wonder when those concert postponements get announced so travel plans can get adjusted.

I think it’s at least time we get an update on the postponed US dates.
I was just about to post this same thing.  Agreed.  It is time for an update.  If it's not happening until 2022, that's fine, but let's get some communication.

Yeah that would be a nice gesture, but that's not been PJ's practice in the past.  Seems like it would be doable to give an update.
This.  As much as we’d love it, they won’t ever announce that they’re “considering” a tour.   We won’t hear anything from them until it’s set in stone.
I get it.  I do think they should set it in stone though. If they’re not comfortable playing the rescheduled shows in 2021, just lock up the 2022 dates and let us know what’s up. I’m cool with waiting for the shows. Just wish we knew the outcome.

Yeah… it’s kind of a no mans land situation right now.  You would think if they were firmly on the side of just playing the two festivals they would just announce that and be done.  That makes me think the door is open, at least a crack, to them adding additional dates but they’re waiting to see how things go.

Yeah, it is a different situation than them just being tight-lipped about potential plans. These aren't shows they are considering playing, these are shows that they have already sold tickets for. Communication should be a little more forthcoming than usual.

You can’t get a refund for public sale tickets at this point, to my knowledge, and you also can’t sell them with fan to fan not being back up.  A 30 day refund window was offered about 12 months ago, when most people thought shows would only be delayed by a few months.  Personally I have no desire to sell my tickets or get any type of refund and I’ll wait until it’s good to go.  But I think there’s a bit of a case to be made that people who do want to sell or get a refund are a little hard done by at this point and an update would be reasonable to expect.

Oddly enough Fan to Fan buyers can get a refund all the way back to the original purchaser. The first buyer can not though.

At this point, with so many other acts announcing rescheduled and new tours, I'm with you 100% that it is reasonable to expect some sort of an update, particularly given that the European shows have already been re-scheduled. I'm happy to wait as well, just curious to know how much longer the wait is going to be. That being said, respect and appreciate their concern for the safety of their fans.

I would think that it would be easy for them to reschedule for the spring, so I'm hoping the delay is the band looking at squeezing in some or all of those dates this fall. I think if spring 2022 were certain (like summer 2022 for Europe), we would have had an announcement.
