My guess is Spring 2020 postponed shows are rescheduled this Fall along with adding a couple of Shows in Seattle's new Arena. One question would be the status of rescheduling the Canadian Shows due to Covid19 protocols.
My bet is Smashing Pumpkins play back to back nights and play SHN on Saturday with PJ on Sunday.

I’m going to 3 Knicks playoff games at MSG the next 2 weeks. 15k capacity. Let me repeat, 15k capacity at MSG in NYC
Well, technically you might only be going to two games.

Think that answers it. PJ Sunday.
Looks that way. That said, I posted the same image on another thread and someone suggested it has said Friday for Chicago even before the Chicago Friday announcement so who knows.

Just over 12k at Bridgestone for the Preds game last night. Masks were “required” at the game but nobody was enforcing it. It was essentially a free for all. Fortunately I’m fully vaccinated, still followed the rules, and enjoyed a double OT dub. Can’t wait to be in the pit when PJ comes to town. Still thinking only outdoor until 2022 but it certainly felt like a concert could take place last night.
Home of the Phaithful Philly it’s been 5 years now cuz
Philly dates are coming I’m sure. They are long over due. I’m thinking it might not be until 2022 though.
The fall 2020 tour was supposed to hit Pittsburgh because they couldn't make it work for spring 2020. They had one NYC date scheduled for spring 2020 and it was only one due to a solidly-booked MSG. (I guess the other arenas weren't options.)
Fall 2020 dates in Philly would have definitely made sense.
I agree. I definitely think Philly in fall 2020 would have happened. My guess would have been two Philly shows, Probably two New England area shows, probably another NYC area show or two like Brooklyn or north NJ, and probably a DC/VA show.
Damn that’s my full radius. I would have had an amazing fall.
DC '03 - Reading '04 - Philly '05 - Camden 1 '06 - DC '06 - E. Rutherford '06 - The Vic '07 - Lollapalooza '07 - DC '08 - EV DC 1 & 2 '08 (Met Ed!!) - EV Baltimore 1 & 2 '09 - EV NYC 1 '11 (Met Ed!) - Hartford '13 - GCF '15 - MSG 2 '16 - TOTD MSG '16 - Boston 1 & 2 '18 - SHN '21 - EV NYC 1 & 2 '22 - MSG '22

Granted, it was all just rumors and hearsay. But normally that’s what they end up doing when they hit the east coast

I hope those shows reschedule & happen in 2022.
just curious as to why you think they wouldn't. Bands are playing now and only getting stronger into the fall of this year. Why would you "hope" they can play in 2022. Especially since they are playing this year? Not understanding the logic? Are you concerned the venues will not be available to PJ but open to all other bands?

You weren't talking to me, but I think that demetrios is hoping for 2022, because 2021 is still an experiment (Will concerts turn into super spreader events, especially later in the year?). Also, to my understanding, Canada is not where the US is, in terms of reopening and policy. Lastly, PJ seems to take safety seriously,. so it's hard to imagine them being amongst the first to play indoor arena shows.
Canada will be able to have arena shows this fall/winter just like the US there is no doubt in my mind. Things will be moving fast here in the next two months opening back up.
Also people thought Pearl Jam were not playing this year. We were told that they would not be one of the first back inside or out and yet here we are with at least 1 festival happening this early fall. Things change so quick with this pandemic and that goes both ways with the possibility of shit getting shut down again. That said I think if they say its safe to have arena shows later in the fall/winter/early spring there is no doubt in my mind Pearl Jam will be playing.

I think that is right, but I’d be more than happy with USA fall 2021 (assuming border open), Canada spring 2022 and Europe summer 2022.

Also, to put my MSG comment in perspective. The Warriors had 7500 people for their game last night in San Fran. MSG will have 15k tomorrow
Everyone in the building was either vaccinated or confirmed negative via approved testing. According to reports, 90 percent of the people who attended were vaccinated. That’s clearly the way to go, though it seems like that won’t be the case in many states. NY and CA are requiring vaccinations or negative tests for any event held inside.
Outside is a bit more of a mix. The Hollywood Bowl is requiring vaccinations for all regular seating this summer and there will then be two sections set aside for people who are not vaccinated but are confirmed negative. On the other hand, the Dodgers have not yet made an announcement but it’s my understanding they won’t be requiring proof of vaccination/negative tests.
