    Duck pate

I do a chicken liver pate around the holidays that’s good. Bout that time.
I love pate. Duck and chicken are great. I have also had pork pate which is also good - but not quite as good as the duck. Spread on crusty bread with the little cornichon pickles - so good.

    Special tonight at Hula Grill.
Panko Crusted Opah and Grilled Hawaiian Sword w/ garlic mash. Not a bad final dinner.

I never had opah before (hell I never heard of it, I had to look it up) that whole meal looks awesome.  Have a safe flight back to the mainland.

Tonight We made three ribeyes in this new air fryer we just got.    Holy shit, so tender I cut it with a fork.  I love cooking steaks on the grill but the air fryer made it so much juicer and tender.  Just added salt and olive oil.

Alright....ive cooked a chicken, wings, meatballs, fries, crab cakes and a few other things in air fryer, but steak? Never thought of trying that. How did you monitor temp? I may give it a shot on a rainy night.

We have a temp gauge.  Six minutes a side at 400.   Perfect medium to medium rare.

We have trays in ours as opposed to a basket. Except for the lack of char marks the steaks turned out perfect

I never thought about throwing a steak in a Air Fryer either. My fear is, even if Air Fried to the Temp I like(Medium rare) the steak would still be dry.

I may give it a try.

Whitefish salad (from Russ & Daughters for those of you who are familiar with that place) on a toasted whole wheat everything bagel. Whitefish salad is so good.
