    On paper it's an improvement over the old 10c system.  10c had you prioritize GA or Reserved as two different priorities.   Many people would go GA first, Reserved 2nd.   The major drawback being people who didn't want GA could put in for a different show reserved as #1, and then this show as #2, and get two pairs of tickets to two different shows, before someone got 1 pair.

    This system lets you choose GA only, Reserved Only, or Best Available.   Except they all count as a single priority.   If you choose best available and your name gets drawn, you get GA if they are still available, otherwise you get reserved.  On paper that's an improvement, because it stops the reserved show 1, reserved show 2 people from bumping out the poor sod that tried ga show 2/reserved show 2.

    I think it matters... since 10c communicated that they are watching fan-to-fan resale TM name would be the only way to cross-reference with a 10c member name.

    This thing has run incredibly smooth thus far, but you'd never know it based on the contingent that need to anguish over every minor detail

    And even that I think has been an overreaction.  When you log into TM it always just says your first name.  Your last name is still on the account though.  You literally cannot create an account or purchase/sell tickets on that site with only a first name.

    yeah, which makes me think it HAS to be a user error.   Welp, I guess it could just be the anomaly.  Which....if I were in that person's shoes I would still push for an answer.

    Same here.  Very odd.   Obviously has to be somewhere,  but after adding this morning it now shows my full name when I go in versus my first name.

    I agree the Last Name is embedded in the account somewhere.  It's frightening when you check your profile and it shows only a first name though.

    You can use any credit card and enter and delete multiple, as long as it is a working card they would not reject payment, none of that data draws into your profile.  Even for the PJ tickets an entirely separate payment page came up, could not use the cards on file had to enter a card during ordering.
