    Just met someone in center City Philadelphia for lunch.  (Mission Taqueria)
    Food was good (I prefer it late night for a drink or two) but was very let down by their hottest salsa.  Dude told me is was "super hot"
    It was super not.

    I know many others are fans....what I would say is a Top 5 performance by someone I did not like much before this.

    First batch. Duck in right now that I am going to pull for duck quesadillas. Cut the skin into pieces after smoking and crisp them on a pan and add to the top of quesadilla.  Damn good.
