    Seasoning a new cast iron pan this morning. It's cool out. Breezy. Windows open. Fans on. My people are hating me right now. 

    I do have knife envy though. Eventually, I must invest in some big boy knives.

    Global isn't that expensive....get a parking knife and a chefs knife and you are pretty much covered.

    Those bagels look excellent. There is a bagel shop in my neighborhood that bakes them on the premises. If I time it right I get a bag of warm ones right out of the oven. So good.
