    I'm wondering how to look at that comment?

    To me... that comment is his insecurity revealing itself. I feel he is babbling away trying to sound like a good president, but then after he utters 'And I watched'... he seeks to interject that he can't watch too much because he's so busy being the president... before finishing what he wished to say.

    In other words, I'm wondering if he's sensitive over the fact that people have noted his laziness as the president (all the golfing, etc.) and he's trying to minimize such perceptions. He also qualified a ton of statements in that bizarre 30 minute Fox segment a few days back as well- his mind jumping all over the place (seemingly in defence mode) in the weirdest free flow monologue I've ever seen.

    I think he's very unbalanced: he's been exposed as a fraud, he's linked to treasonous activity, the world mocks him (cartoons, comedians, etc.), he's been publically criticized, there's the potential of a very embarrassing video surfacing with him as subject material, his wife hates him... and the list could go on.

    No normal human being would be doing very well with such a burden.

    He meant it exactly how he said it, like it was cringe worthy TV, or something he and his golf buddies would LAUGH AT.

    He has ZERO EMPATHY so he gets ZERO CHANCES.

    Since we know he mocked someone with a disability,  why ascribe the most charitable assessment.  I don't believe he's earned the benefit.
