    On the local newspaper's FB page, the open carry folks are saying that if only the blacks had brought their guns to church, they would be alive. Yes, I said open carry. These people bypass concealed carry.

    Saw an interview with the ex governor last night and he couldn't even get himself to admit that the confederate flag needs to come down in s. Carolina. So much racism in that state, the interview was on a street named after some racist (Calhoun) ?

    Remember Mark Sanford? He's the one that was taking trips to south America to bang his girlfriend. His wife wasn't to pleased with that. Pretty much killed his 08 presidential run before it started.

    I seriously hope some of you aren't making blanket statements like the whole fucking state of South Carolina is racist, or that everyone who owns a gun is racist for fuck's sake. That would be just as ignorant as any other racist comment. I also don't know what gun laws would have prevented this. The fucking guy couldn't legally own a gun anyway. If you notice one of his pictures they posted was a prior mug shot, that pretty much limits your ability to legally own or carry a firearm in any state. His family, or dad or whoever the fuck gave him that gun should be hanging from a tree right next to him.

    I too am almost surprised at the hate I have this piece of shit. I have never been a fan of the death penalty, and I'm still not, but man...I sure would love to see this guy have to live in the GP of the most hardcore prison in this country. No doubt he would wish for death every day.

    here is a law that could be in place right now. if you want to buy a gun, everyone in your household must pass a background check.

    I can't imagine a state having laws where he would be allowed to legally purchase or carry a gun with a criminal background. If indeed he could, then that is just insanity and that is a law that definitely has to change. I would take it one step further and say everyone in your house has to pass a mental health evaluation. If you're on anti-psychotic medications you absolutely cannot own or have access to a firearm.
