My copy is still listed as sitting in Auburn, WA - where it has been sitting since October 15.

What do folks like myself, who have no idea what shape their record might be in, do?
If we miss out on this reshipment are we just shit out of luck?

I would almost be willing to wager that yours got held up, as they found out the batch was shit.

Same here! I had to crank the volume to just to hear it. That was the only noticeable thing I found "wrong" with it.

I got mine a few minutes ago. I don't even wanna listen to it I'm so f**ckin pissed right now.

All 3 closed ends of the inner sleeve are split, two corners are smashed and there's a big split in the lower end of the jacket.

I really wish they would package these a little better than just sticking them in a box...

I've been saying this for years. 10C are unable to ship vinyl guaranting it arrives safely.
Last time I adressed 10C, they responded they had replaced items arriving messed up at my doorstep for the last time.

The Vault vinyl that went out a few weeks ago was packed very nicely. of course they charge a lot more for those too. does anyone know if the replacement copies of LB will be hand numbered? was that only for the 10C copies?

Indeed it was! In fact, last 2-3 records has arrived nicely with bubblewrap and all. But still, the vinyl tends to move around inside the jacket...

Finally got mine in upstate NY today and unfortunately there were some serious quality issues with the vinyl itself. There' was serious popping and crackling on the first track and a bad skip on MYM. I didn't even try to play side 2 as there was a gouge and/or some gunk on the first track. Sent an email to the customer service address 10C provided -- here's hoping it'll be replaced in short order!

Ah well... on the bright side, what a beautiful looking package. Artwork and design are exceptional.

Everyone bitches about the shipping costs now. Image if they increased it. The 10c isn't worried about resale or future value of an item and they shouldn't be. Mine arrived in perfect shape. I got lucky I guess. No matter what the 10c does, someone will get an F'd one from shipping. Nothing will ever change that unless you buy it at a store.

They could however switch to the Amazon type vinyl box.

Well, mine doesn't seem to be. I have a tenclub one. Is anybody's hand numbered? Where would you find the number?
