was it any good? I've been curious about it.

I watched Albino Alligator a few days ago.. Had some really good parts, but kinda fell flat end.

Like the others, it had some really hysterical moments and some that were just downright wrong (like the scene during the credits) but I thought it was a lot better than Part II and I'll definitely watch it again.
Good to hear, because the second one was a pile of shit!

The second one was funny as shit.

The Hobbit. I liked it. It was a little too campy though. Didn't like the singing and they tried to kid it up a little too much but overall good. Will watch the others for sure.

I actually liked the one song -- The dark, kinda sad song. I was singing it in the shower the next day

Lol, that one was kind of cool but two songs in 10 minutes is too much. I hate singing in movies. :nono:

Well, the singing was in the book

And believe me, I skipped every page of it.

Thank you. No one can get over the fact that it was a similar story, done on purpose.

It was awful. :fp: It was just exactly the same as the first one but not as good (wtf is up with Mike Tyson singing at the weddding?? That was so stupid!!). I can't abide lazy film makers who simply rehash a previous version of a film and call it a sequel.

The second blew, and early reviews of the third are saying its worse than the second.
    No big surprise there.

Just saw Oblivion. It was pretty good, but not great. It was kind of confusing too...required some rehashing afterwards to figure it all out!!

    The Hunger Games

I saw mixed reviews at best on this movie, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that I liked it quite a bit. I found it pretty entertaining. What's with the ending though? Are there sequels to come? (I haven't read it (them?? Is it a series of books??), so am not sure if that was a set up for more, or just a weak ending).

The books are a trilogy and it looks like the movies are going to be released as a trilogy also. The next one, Catching Fire (i think) is coming out within the year I think.

Seriously, though. Read the books. They are really good. Better than the movie but I really liked the movie.
