  • For Halloween I watched Halloween, Halloween II, and A Nightmare on Elm Street part 4 The Dream Master. Last theatrical movie was Gravity in IMAX, which was a lot of fun.

Blackfish. Saddened and angered by it. Everyone should see this. Let's boycott Sea World.

I also watched "mud" earlier. That was pretty good. Excellent acting all around and an interesting story

  • Men in Black - awesome of course.

    Four Christmases - atrocious. :fp:

    Unhung Hero...a documentary about, uh..."yes-that"
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

  • Clear History. I DVR'd it back in August, but just got a chance to watch it. Not as good as I hoped it would be.

It played out like a very bad episode of Curb.

Agreed. It was watchable, but that's about it. I expected a bit more.

Men with small penises? .... It takes a man with not necessarily a big penis but definitely some substantial balls to appear in a documentary about that. :P

  • Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter

Oddly enough, not that bad. Thought it was going to be stupid, but it held my interest.

    THe world's end.

I liked it since the movie is about 5 friends meeting after 20 years again for completing their beer drinking event in various bars around town.

Wow, I've been away a year, good to see a thread I started is still alive!

I just made the daughters watch The Princess Bride, all little girls should made to watch The Princess Bride.
All my favourite singers have stolen all of my best lines.
  • Europa Report. I just love almost all space related movies. This one was cool.

Janie Jones. The little girl from Little Miss sunshine plays guitar and sings in this one. Its not cheesy. Maybe a little, but its pretty cool. She's super talented. I dug the movie. It made me pick up my guitar and try to sing better.

    This Is The End

It was fairly funny. Or, I guess the parts I saw were fairly funny, because I was asleep for a good chunk of it.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.

an appropriate movie for me these days....
  • Now You See Me.

Had a free Redbox rental on Friday so I watched this one. Thought it was a pretty good premise, but the ending was a little too goofy for me.

  • All is Lost- so many technical flaws in this movie it seriously makes you wonder if the director even consulted anyone with sailing experience before he made this film.
