Finished Zone One by Colson Whitehead a week or so ago. The last section of that book is really amazing -- just perfect execution in which the author absolutely kills it.

Now reading The Catcher Was a Spy: The Mysterious Life of Moe Berg by Nicholas Dawidoff, which is interesting so far.

Finished The Priest by Gerard O'Donovan... Great debut book for what is supposed to turn into a series. His 2nd Dublin Dead is on my list of books to buy.

Now starting another series... this time Henning Mankell's Kurt Wallander series. I'm hoping Faceless Killers is a good read, I'm almost up to date on Michael Connelly's books so I need something to take his place!

Just started Don Winslow's Savages... Chapter 1 was quite intriguing... simply two words... "Fuck You"

I'm a little over 100 pages in and it seems as though this is going to be an interesting read... doesn't follow the normal chapter structure, which I like.

Oliver Stone made this a movie with some top notch actors, so I wanted to read the book before it hits theaters, plus I've seen some good write ups on Winslow.

Next up will be "The Inquistor" by Mark Allen Smith...
