I (unintentionally) put down the Bible for a few months, so I read Into The Wild as a change of pace. Glad the movie got so much of the book in, and most of the changes made sense (except for the canoe becoming a kayak, lol). The hardest part to read was "Ron Franz's" aftermath after parting ways with McCandless.

Now I'm 2 stories into Alfred Hitchcock: The Best Of Mystery, a collection of short stories primarily drawn from his magazine.

Yes I have. After years and years of avoiding it cause I was under the impression is was a chicks book, I was pleasantly surprised to discover it was not at all what I thought. I didn't see it as this great romance novel. There are a few people in the book that could do with a clip across the ear to wake them up but I enjoyed it.

Yeah all the reviews say it is depressing and that every character is despicable.
