I am definitely not doing as much reading as I'd like, but I have been pleasantly surprised quite recently by several works (Zerostrata; Fuckness) by Andersen Prunty. Do check him out on the off chance you haven't already :)

Well do check him out, although you might want to browse the other titles first, since the ones I read might not even be his best work by far. ..

Started The Priest by Gerard O'Donovan

Funny thing about this one has nothing to do with the story... I was wondering why was getting all these ads to join seminary schools and prayer groups at the bottom of pages recently... then I realized it had to due to my cookies when I checked this book out... Um, the online ads missed the point on this one since it is about a serial killer known as the Priest.... Ah, life's simple pleasures that make me smile... :)

sex drugs and cocoa puffs - chuck klosterman

zen wrapped in karma dipped in chocolate - brad warner

Ordered, and very much looking forward to these!

In the meantime, I might do a second reading of After Dark by Murakami. Or dip into Norwegian Wood. ..
