I don't know, the same reason they didn't address any of the concerns people had. 10C being secretive. Why did they say they were sold out of the book and soundtrack? And even with the mail about it being sold out, I still wouldn't give up hope if you were wanting one. You may never get one, but I wouldn't rule it out just yet.

Anyone that buys things that are in stores other than the vinyl(because you just don't know) is crazy.
Every big book store had this and the cd far cheaper.
They probably keeps the last 500 or so to flip on ebay with disguised accounts.

Now some of these people, after weeks of expressing their unhappiness with the price, are suddenly not happy with not being able to purchase the same over priced product ?

I was put off by the price at first, but my human nature made me want the DVD more once it seemed it might not be available if I waited. The limited quantity thing happens everywhere. I'd rather have the limited quantity stuff pass me by than not have the 10c offer it in the first place. I really wished I could be in San Fran last weekend for the Emek signing and PJ Edmonton poster sale. I couldn't make that , but I'm getting those things I can (afford and have access to buy) and want (like the Deluxe DVD).
It sucks that we can't all have everything we want, but there are only so many opportunities to wear that PJ shirt, watch the video, find a space on the wall for the poster, etc. If there are only 300 or so of the DVDs left, act now so you don't have to support the flippers.
I would have paid for the Blu-Ray no problem, but didn't even realize it was for sale until it was already sold out. Looks like I am getting the blu-ray and the concert in HD off of iTunes.

It's a best buy exclusive in the USA for 2 months. The single disk blu ray will be released at 10/24 at Best BUy only.
