hhmmm
during a riot (when i was a kid) inmates trashed all their musical instruments and smashed windows.
the prison did not replace the instruments for years and didn't replace the windows very quickly so
that they could freeze a bit beings it was during the cold season.

oh, and thanks about the avatar. That slick cat is called Mr. Orange. A friend of mine was tripping on shrooms and described him to me, so I drew him up and colored him in. She freaked out because she said he looked exactly as she saw -- and she was tripping so that didnt help.

this would never happen in prison
the inmate would never abduct, torture, rape and murder a little girl on christmas eve
then dispose of her body in a ditch out in some rural area
that would never happen

then house him with food
great medical coverage
and give him an education and priesthood?
