So it looks like Lee is seeing the ball pretty well! :D
    7 RBIs so far tonight!

Fuld in the leadoff spot is looking good!

Yes, nice game from D Lee, nice W as well. A few too many Old Style's tonight but oh well. Need to take this series, no excuse!!! Interesting how well we played without that overpaid piece of shit in LF!!

    Hehehehehe!

"Too many Old Styles"?!?! Is there such a thing? :)
    Mmmmm....Old Style!

I'm pretty sure if Fuld consistently hit .400 and played stellar D, Sorryano would still get the start.

Im just glad the Cubs season did not end on the 4th of July weekend, by getting swept by the Brewers. Now lets make it interesting and take the next 2 games. I am hoping that Mr. Sorryano is back on the bench the next 2 games, after his 0-5 yesterday. Give that kid Fuld the leadoff spot and let him start somewhere/anywhere in the outfield.
    Take me piece by piece.....
Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....

Agreed! I believe Lou is putting Fuld in the leadoff spot today. Unfortunately I don't think Lou has the balls to do it long term.

He doesn't even have the balls to do it today. F you Lou you lying piece of shit. Bradley and Sori in RF and LF today. What a joke. Bench those to worthless bums.

I tip my cap Patrick, we played horrible today. Bad pitching by Harden, and horrible hitting with RISP. Tomorrow is the tell all. A split isn't good enough for us, we need to win tomorrow to gain ground.

Yeah, that was a horrible display of "baseball".

I've been wanting Sorryano to hit in the 6th spot for some time now. Glad Lou made the move.
Now I'm just wanting Sorryano to sit on the bench! The guy sucks ass! Big ass!

I can't wait for Johnson and Aram to get back!

Agreed on Sorryano. I will be drinking heavily in celebration (even if it isn't untill his 8 year deal is up) the day he is no longer a Cub. Excited to get Reed and Aram, and Guzman back as well Monday. Sadly looks like Fox, HP, and Fuld are who, at least 2 of those 3 get sent down. I know we just got that Baker guy but I'd rather have Fox, HP or Fuld on the team than him. I do hope we go with 11 pitchers though, maybe then it'd be Hart and Jeff S. getting sent down, and only one of the 3 bats. Guess we will see Monday.

Hmmm 8 to 2 a good solid win no doubt but not really an ass whooping imo.
  • Ask Ryan Braun what he thinks, he sure had alot to say after the game.

No? So that ONE win in that 4 game series qualifies for an "ass kicking" but no other part coming in the opposite direction does?
    Hmmmm....

You took three of four not bad. But today's game you only won by 6 and not 9 runs like we did on the 4th. So I tip my cap to you but we got a long way to go b4 the playoffs. And we know how well you guys do in the playoffs. :)

Good to see Aram, Johnson, and Guzman back!

Lee is a monster right now and I'm really enjoying NOT seeing Sorryano in the leadoff spot! :)
