my workout over the weekend consited of a little bit of elbow bending whilst listening to the adeliade and melbourne boots.
so far today I have walked to work with the intention of doing an RPM class after work.

Only did 400m run, 10 chins, 20 sit ups x 5 sets. Hurt the entire way thru :shock:
Stepped up a little today but didnt feel good again
500m run
10 burpees
10 x 80kg deadlifts
1min plank hold
5 sets

Up until about 2 years ago I worked out religiously 4-5 days a week... mostly weights. Me on the left:
Now I'm soft as rotted fruit. I hit the gym 3 times last week... ran 3.5 miles today and did 100 sit ups. My fat ass hurts bad. Tomorrow I'm doing chest/back/biceps/abs and SQUATS on Wednesday... then another aerobic day on Thursday and shoulders/triceps/abs on Friday.
Gotta get all swoll and cut for the Jersey Shore this summer!

40 mins on the cross trainer (about 20 mins max resistance, and 20 mins at half resistance)

and wookie - re the pt - if you are self disciplined you'll be ok. but im the sort of person that if i pay for a course or membership i'll use it, or if i have someone standing over me telling instructions ill work hard. but if its left to me i often find myself at the end of the day with a set of excuses. i need tactile motivation. does that make sense??? so when we move back somewhere metro it'll be a formal gym for me, $$ or no
