donjon it does sound like you need to get laid, or try something different perhaps some yoga for relaxation.

  • wookie, some cardio is better than none. lazy is keeping your ass on the couch. so good work.

hit the lap pool again today, such a peaceful place, minus the chlorine.

2+ miles again in 70 minutes.

might go again tomorrow with the weekend approaching.

Got a bit of a cold ...hence shit mood wednesday. I knew there was something wrong. Pumped myself full of drugs and still have sore throat but the muscle feel ok

    750m run
    10 chin ups
    20 sit ups

    500m run
    10 chins
    20 sit ups

Easy workout and surprisingly breathing was fine
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

  • Took the weekend off, besides biking with the kids, and 27 holes of disc golf.

Did 40 minutes on the road bike today, keep the pace high, don't have a cyclying computer so I don't know my distance.

But it felt great flying through the 70 degree air. Love autumn.

    THat's a horrifying image. And I think it's safe to say...she's a sadist.

I just got done with Burn Fat: Boost Metabolism. Done this same workout at least a dozen times now...and I can barely move.

well for the past week ive been really boring:

15 to 20 mins on the cross trainer depending on how keen i am on the day
3 sets each of front then side crunchs - 12 reps a set
3 sets of bench dips ( which i hate - but i can live with them easier than push ups ... which is weird, because they both use the same muscles/body weight huh?? )
3 sets of those bent row thingies
3 sets of overhead bar lifts

all up is only about 30 mins - i need to work a bit harder :?

a month passes by quickly huh. Times it by 3 for november :D

i still dont measure - i just go on my clothing fit - i have some that fit well when im on track, so I just judge myself by them. Last years picnic race dress for eg - I was in great shape at that time, and its a zip up, so its completley unforgiving. If I fit into that Im happy. If I dont I have to work.

Easiest workout Ive had in 3 years today.

Spent an hour practicing my squats. Ranged between 20 and 40kg just to get back to basics.

Ive always had short hammies so I never stick my arse out far enough, which means that when I lift heavy I start to lean forward. Bad bad bad and gonna take a fair bit of correction.

Did a fair few sets of chin ups to. Going back to scratch with my kipping because I was not extending in the shoulders 100% and when you kip you really need to get that entire swing going.

Felt like a kid on his first day in high school
