Whats with all you swimmers? Cant down here at the moment in Sydney. I went for a wave last weekend in a steamer and and brain freeze for the first 15 mins.

I've been swimming and biking. Although not as motivated since plans for the Half Ironman are down the tubes. I go back to the Orthopedist next week with an MRI to see if he can figure out what is wrong with my shin/ankle and fix me! I've also been on the elliptical machine and an arc?? machine at the gym. But I dearly hate being stuck in the gym in the middle of summer!!!! I HATE IT!!!! O.K. ran a mile..did a 5 part supperset with just 95lbs. chopped wood on the cable then went to a barbell and did bent over rows, standing military press, good mornings and then squats. 12 of each 3 times. that was brutal.
