    Great to see nore people post in here....can only be a good thing.

    Whats with all you swimmers? Cant down here at the moment in Sydney. I went for a wave last weekend in a steamer and and brain freeze for the first 15 mins.

    Battan - double thumbs up for the hasty recovery. Good for you.
    And Ms Haiku....of course you can.

    Nothing special for me today....just gonna do some light cardio and maybe some leg and stomach....my shoulders are busted from my cleans the other day. Aint been so shoulder sore for years.

    Whenever I can get across for an hour....helps having your own practice :D

    Monday, Wednesday and Friday usually go anywhere between 2 and 4 - depending who is free to train with.

    And what the fuck does "Tuesday in on the phone" mean?....ye of randomness and weirdarsed posts

    No training today...too busty at work. First day missed in about 12 months.

    I've been swimming and biking. Although not as motivated since plans for the Half Ironman are down the tubes. I go back to the Orthopedist next week with an MRI to see if he can figure out what is wrong with my shin/ankle and fix me! I've also been on the elliptical machine and an arc?? machine at the gym. But I dearly hate being stuck in the gym in the middle of summer!!!! I HATE IT!!!! O.K. I will quit whining now.

    ran a mile..did a 5 part supperset with just 95lbs. chopped wood on the cable then went to a barbell and did bent over rows, standing military press, good mornings and then squats. 12 of each 3 times. that was brutal.

    then some hanging knee raises and jackknifes

    then sprints til i couldnt run anymore...or walk really
