I mean taking the division would be great and all, but I'd like to see the Mets get in and of course us as well. A Chicago/LA/NY/Philly playoffs is the best thing MLB could ask for. Plus, I can only imagine how awesome a Philly/NY NLCS would be.

Yeah, and Milwaukee has the same record as us and has to play Chicago twice. So, like I said, taking the wild card wouldn't bother me too much. Phils are good on the road. How's it work? The wildcard automatically plays the best record or would LA who has the worst overall record play the Cubs? I'd love to start off playin the Cubs though. Bar in mind, this all in the hope we MAKE IT. But, it would be awesome if we could knock off the Cubs then play the Mets in the NLCS. Now that would be awesome. Dude, I'm no way celebrating anything yet. Like I said above. You guys have 2 more games to play than us and have 2 less losses than us. I just want them to get in. I want both teams in. Those 4 major cities would make for the best playoffs in a looooooong time.

The Phillies are still in a situation where they can essentially control their own destiny... they just need to keep winning and let the cards fall where they may.
Hopefully yesterday is an indication that the Mets' bullpen is going to revert back to their old ways.

Yeah, but they more control over the wildcard than the division really. Having two less games than the division leader but the same amount as the team you're tied with is better odds I think.
That's a HUGE win last night because mostly it takes a lot of pressure off of Happ starting tonight. And with Hamels tomorrow this is looking good (knock on wood).

If Mets win div and Phils are WC, Phils play Cubs.
If Phils win div and Mets are WC, Phils play Dodgers.
If Phils win div, and WC is from central div, Phils play the wild card team.
