    Bad move.
    Feel gross.
Am returning everything on the weekend.
This trucker belly sucks with these stupid low rise jeans and long shirts.

    grrrrrrr....

Not to mention these XL boobs are now too XL to fit into an XL shirt.

    Shes definatley getting big!

We printed all of the pictures weve taken so far since she was born.
What a difference from her newborn photos till now.
I cant belive that she will be 6mos on the 8th.
And in another 6mos she will be toddling around and talking.

Put the crib together on Saturday...put the co-sleeper together yesterday.

PBW had her first shower yesterday afternoon...we got some really nice things.

My boy will be here soon.

awww, that is too cool!!! How many more weeks til your little one comes rockin' into the world?! :D

as for me, I am getting belly aches where I can't sit for a long time, especially on a futon couch. It makes my belly and lower back ache. :( But anyway, I did go to Bridge School and Chloe was kicking during all the bands sets, especially during PJ!;) Now she is listening to "I believe in miracles' on my PJ acoustic iTunes playlist :D I can't wait til she comes!

I miss the anticipation of being pregnant! Can't wait to see some new little ones in this thread!

Yeah, trucker belly is not cool. I'm within about 12 lbs. of my pre-pregnancy weight, but I'm still WAY out of shape from my 10 weeks of bed rest. That was hard on me! But I'm working on it! :)

I can't wait until Annabelle starts talking. Well, saying words at least. She "talks" all the time. ;) I think she knows what she's saying, but we don't.

I will check out Adria's pics on your site. It's fun watching her get big! :)

Annabelle is trying SO hard to crawl. Her legs have it down, but her little arms are still too weak so she moves like a little inchworm. We can tell it's coming soon, though!

Here are some new pics from when we visited my mom last weekend. I can't believe how old she is starting to look. :) You can see her new shoes in a few of them. :D

Brain of J.Lo....those pictures are great. I'm so excited to see my boy.

    genevieve/MeddleDeal,

PBW is due January 1, but I think PissBottleBoy will be here in Mid-December. He's been active as of late. I got my guitar out last night and played some tunes near PBW's belly. Soothing music is suppose to be good right?

MeddleDeal...I hope everything is going good for you.

I'm thinking about asking all my family and friends to suggest one of their favorite songs for a compliation mix CD for Xavier. It will be a way for him to explore different kinds of music when he's older and a way for friends/family to connect with him.

    Well.
So far Adria has tried eating:
    Pablum (rice, oatmeal, barley)
Food ( green beans, peas, sweet potatos, squash)
Carrots are next on the menu.

But last night I felt it was time for a treat.
A time for dessert after her meal.
With care and excitement I spooned out the treat in to her bowl.
I said to her, guess what? you are gonna really like this!
I held the applesauce up to her open mouth.
Her lips puckered, she shivered, she pushed it out with her tongue, she looked betrayed and hurt.

    She gaged.

I must admit I was obviously surprised.
    I did find it funny.
But I felt a bit bad too.
I thought I was being so nice.

    Oh well.
    Better luck next time. :)

Another ultrasound today...finally got the doctor to commit to a C-Section. With PBW's fibroid, she wasn't sure how she would deliver, but she said it would be a Section.

If all goes as scheduled...X-Man will be here the last week of December.

All the measurements are good...well, except for his legs...they're two weeks longer than expected. However...I'm 6'4" and PBW is 5'11", so that might explain things. ;)

WOW! that will be cool. Wouldn't it be a trip if the baby was born on Eddie's b-day?! :p What you said previous about your wife's due date was on Jan. 1st, mine is on the 4th. It is almost here and soon you'll be joined by your little Xavier. And good idea on making a mix comp. cd for your baby. :D You are going to be a rockin' dadda!

Nice to know cause i've been off for four months now and I get sad everytime the flow comes because I'm hoping for a visit from the stork. I have two Godchildren and newborn twin boys I will be baptizing soon. My best friend is way ahead of me now and it makes me sad. i'll be thirty soon so the clock is ticking. In the meantime I'm just enjoying my independence cause I know it's alot of work

    Just try not to stress.
A friend of a friend got really stressed while trying to get pregnant.
She started to demand fetility drugs. Almost had a nervous breakdown in the doctors office.
Her and her husband started trying the same time as me.
People would say when are you guys gonna have kids?
And I would say, I went off the pill so now its just up to the powers that be.

How do you pronounce Xavier? X-avier or Zavier?

Leigh and I really like that name...that's the one for our second boy...but I hear it pronounced differently all the time.

    X-avier.

It's definitely strange to some folks. It was PBW's Grandfather's middle name.

We really like it...her grandfather passed away a few years back, so it's a nice way to honor him.

Xavier's middle name is Jack...after my grandfather and father (both named Jack).

awww that is just too sweet of what you are doing with your daughter and SO cute about her dessert rejection. When I read that, I had to laugh too, it made my day after having a horrible day on Monday. I can't wait to have memories like that w/my daugther :)

Well its been over a week and she still isnt big on it.
    But oh well.
Next fruit is pears. Maybe she will like them better.
Its pretty tricky intrducing new food.
You have to wait at least 5 days in between new stuff.
And I want to give her a veggie and a fruit with every meal.
So I am finding myself having to go back to stuff we have
already tried. We are going to start carrots tonight.

Im still waiting for the joyous occasion where she takes a bottle.
Without screaming till she is in such a state that I have to give her boob just to calm her.
Hope all the new moms have better luck than me in this area.
Im not trying to wean her. Hubbie just wants to feed her too sometimes.

    Does anyone have dogs?

We have two fairly active and attention seeking dogs...just wondering how that will factor into things when the baby arrives.

Also...did anyone tape the birth? I wasn't planning on it, but our ultrasound tech said she taped her C-Section and, while she hasn't watched it, she was glad she had her son's first cries on tape.

    Go for it and tape.
The only thing my midwife told me was if people tape they should wait about 6mos before watching it. I guess the new moms can find it very hard to watch with all the emotion and hormones and such.

I have two border collie crosses.
    They are great with Adria.
They were a bit stand offish at first.
When we brought her home we let them smell her in her carseat.
And then pretty much continued on as normal.
Make sure they get thier own time with you guys.
    Extra walks, extra cuddles.

Adria loves her dogs and cat.
She laughs when they walk into the room.
She holds her food covered hands out for them to clean.

The only thing we discourage is the dogs roughhousing in the living room while she is on the floor.
Other than that they have a pretty normal life.
She loves watching them play when shes on the couch with us though. :D

Gen, I saw the new pics...that girl is getting so big!!! She is so pretty, too! :D What size is she wearing these days?

Where did our tiny newborns go??? I have to say, I'm getting antsy to do it all over again! I keep remembering this time last year, and adjusting to the idea of a new life growing inside of me. It's so exciting! :D But we will wait a few years, probably until Annabelle is 3 or 4.

PBM - Looking back, I think it would be interesting to have a record of the birth. I've never really thought about taping a c-section. I ended up having one, so I didn't get to see anything! I find it fascinating to watch them on TV; I wonder if I would be uncomfortable watching my own. I think it would be pretty interesting.

Regarding the dog question, I don't have one and I've never been around dogs really so I have no idea how that works.

Krohn and I have a Lab/Beagle mix and we've never had an issue. Austin was introduced to two babies within a year from each other (my brother in laws daughter is 13 months older than Joey) and Austin was protective of them from the moment both of them came home.

Austin is a huge attention seeking dog, when we brought Joey home, for the first month or so, we had to make sure we gave Austin a few mins of one on one attention, still took him for his walks etc.
